What We Built

We didn't just build Bilimoria Consulting a website. We built them an AI planning engine. 36+ professional documents produced through our pipeline, including Assessments of Environmental Effects, s92 council responses, feasibility assessments, and scoping reports. Each one drafted by AI, refined through iteration with a council veteran with 21 years inside Hamilton City Council, and delivered as polished .docx files ready for council lodgement.

The Challenge

Bilimoria Consulting had a slow Wix site with a 60% bounce rate, no conversion tracking, and no Google Ads. Potential clients were finding competitors instead. The team knew they needed a better online presence but were quoted 8+ weeks by traditional agencies.

Our Approach

Full website rebuild on Next.js plus Google Ads campaign setup. We preserved all 9 legacy URL redirects (zero SEO loss), implemented schema markup for rich results (FAQ, LocalBusiness, ProfessionalService), and set up GA4 with full conversion tracking before the site went live.
